Requirements
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a café or coffeehouse environment.
• Proficiency in espresso preparation techniques, including dialing in grind settings, tamping, and steaming milk to achieve desired texture and temperature.

1. Espresso Preparation: Expertly prepare espresso-based beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos, ensuring consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation.
2. Specialty Drinks: Craft a variety of specialty coffee drinks, such as cold brews, pour-overs, and flavored lattes, tailored to individual customer preferences.
3. Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a friendly and attentive manner, taking orders, providing recommendations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
4. Beverage Customization: Accommodate customer requests for drink modifications, such as alternative milk options, flavor syrups, and decaffeinated alternatives.
5. Beverage Presentation: Pay careful attention to detail when preparing and presenting beverages, focusing on latte art, garnishes, and overall aesthetics.
6. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and functionality of coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers, following established maintenance procedures.
7. Upselling and Promotion: Promote seasonal offerings, specialty drinks, and retail products to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
8. Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately, handle cash and credit card payments, and maintain cash register accountability.
